Chef’s Showcase 2026 – Junior League of Toronto

Proceeds from Chef’s Showcase support the Junior League of Toronto scholarship program for graduates of George Brown College’s Assistant Cook Extended Training (ACET) program, delivered in partnership with Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. The program helps individuals with lived experience of mental health or addiction challenges build culinary skills and prepare for employment, while scholarships provide graduates with essential tools and supplies as they begin careers in professional kitchens.
